摘要 实践研究表明女性高层次人才以其女性独有的诸多优势在我国各领域发挥着越来越重要的作用,社会影响力不断增强,但其发展速度与质量还远不能满足实现"建设创新型国家战略目标"的需要。为此,研究从传统性别文化、退休政策与教育观念、组织支持、角色冲突、女性特质等几个方面分析影响女性高层次人才成长的因素,从国家、组织、女性自身三个层面提出加快女性高层次人才成长的有效策略。 Practical research shows that female high - level talents play a more important role in all areas with their unique advantages in our country. And female social influences are constantly strengthened today. But development speed and quality of female high - level talents don' t match "the strategic goal of building the innovative country". Therefore the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the career growth of the female high - level talents from five aspects, such as the traditional gender culture, retirement policy and education conception, organization support, role conflict and female char- acteristics, and finally it proposes the effective tactics about how the career growth of female high - level talents can be speeded up from three perspectives, they are the country, organization and women themselves.
