科技查新的研究与思考

根据文献计量分析,对科技查新研究文献的年代、类型、出版来源、作者、作者机构、基金资助和研究主题等进行定量研究,提出科技查新研究存在的主要问题包括理论研究与实践工作脱节;研究主题重复,理论研究深度不够;研究力量薄弱,多学科合作研究缺乏等。针对这些问题,主管部门和科技查新机构应该有长远规划,重视理论研究,建立科研激励制度;培养和引进专业人才,凝练查新员的查新方向,培养研究型科技查新员;加强科技查新机构与其他机构科研人员的科研合作,组建知识结构互补的科研团队。

By means of qualitative analysis, the paper makes a quantitative study of time, type, source, author, author＇ s organization, fund and topic of the essays on S＆T novelty. Problems of studies on S＆T novelty are as follows ： separation of practical work with theoretical studies, similar topics, inadequate theory studies, weakness in study power, deficiency of cooperative interdisciplinary studies. In order to resolve the problems, administrative departments and novelty - searching institutions ought to attach importance to long - term planning and theoretical research, establish incentive research system, train and absorb the professional person, combine S＆T novelty searchers＇ novelty searching directions, cultivate research - based S＆T novelty searchers, increase research cooperation between institutions of novelty - searching and others and organize research teams with different academic backgrounds.
