摘要
运用DEA方法中的BCC模型测算2003—2010年我国各省市大中型工业企业技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,探讨区域技术创新效率的差距,找出效率不足的原因和调整方向,并对区域大中型工业企业技术创新效率进行收敛性检验,为提高我国技术创新绩效提供决策依据。
The paper evaluates the technology innovation efficiency of the large and medium industrial enterprises in China with BCC model in DEA during the period of 2003 -2010. The paper discusses the regional technology innovation efficiency difference, finds out the causes of inefficiency and adjustment direction, and then has a test of convergence, which provides the making - decision reference for enhancing the technology innovation efficiency of the whole country.
