On Innovation Culture

创新文化是推动社会不断发展进步的物质和精神驱动力,具有形而上和形而下两个层面。在形而上层面,创新文化具有探索性、创造性、宽容性等特征;在形而下层面,具有应用性、目的性、竞争性等特征。从文化论的高度研究创新文化,对于超越功利主义的创新观,树立科学的创新观;对于科学地理解自主创新的深刻内涵;对于营造有利于创新的社会文化环境和推动社会主义文化大繁荣大发展都有十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。

Innovation culture, which includes metaphysical and physical layer, is the material and spiritual power to promote the society to develop constanty. Innovation culture has basic characteristics of exploration, creation and tolerance on metaphysical layer. However, on metaphysical layer, it is useful, purposeful and competitive. To analyze innovation culture by cultural theory has very important theoretical and practical significance for establishing scientific innovation concept by surpassing utilitarian innovation concept, for understanding its deep connotation , for creating social culture environment which does good to innovation and for advancing socialist culture.
