摘要
高校二级院系作为一个多项输入和多项输出的相对独立单元,可以通过构建科研投入产出的指标体系,应用DEA法评价比较各院系的科研效率。以豫北地区某医科院校为例,采集其14个院系(部)2009—2011年度三年的输入输出观测点数据,处理后应用win-deap软件计算二级院系的技术效率和规模效率,探讨如何通过科研效率的提高来实现学校的战略目标。
Faculty members in universities and colleges are relatively independent units which have multiple inputs and multiple outputs. Through constructing the input - output index system of scientific research, DEA method is applyed to evaluate scientific research efficiency of faculty members in universities and colleges. After taking a medical college in the north area of Henan province as an example, the study collects input - output observation point data of 14 faculties （ Department） from 2009 -2011. The research calculates the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of scientific research of faculties by using the win - deap software. The paper discusses how to improve the efficiency of scientific research to realize the strategic target of the university.
