摘要
运用单项指标从知识产权创造、运用及保护和管理水平4个方面对我国生物医药产业知识产权能力总体水平进行评价,针对存在问题提出对策。
Using the single index from four aspects of China＇ s IP capacity, the paper evaluates the overall level of China＇ s IP capacity in bio -pharmaceutical industry from the creation application, protection and management, and then puts forward countermeasures according to existing problems.
