摘要
运用系统动力学的理论,通过因果回馈图的分析对产业集群向创新集群升级过程中产业链、技术链、价值链提升的机理进行分析之后,得到启示,产学研是推动产业集群向创新集群升级的重要力量;政府的宏观调控是推动产业集群向创新集群升级的必要补充;产业集群的升级必须转变狭隘的竞争观念。
Using system dynamic theory and causal loop diagram, the paper analyzes the industry chain, technology chain and global value chain in the industrial cluster upgrading innovation cluster. It gets the following inspiration： University - industry - research cooperation is the important factor in the industrial cluster upgrading innovation cluster; Government macroeconomic control is necessary complementarity in the industrial cluster upgrading innovation cluster; Enterprises in industrial cluster should change the compete concept.
