摘要
通过分析不同的缓冲计算方法的优劣,并以鲁棒性最大作为选择最佳缓冲的依据。希望为项目调度管理提供一个研究方向,对关键链和鲁棒性度量在项目管理上的应用起到积极的推动作用。
Critical chain technique and robustness measurement are new management technology ideas these years in project schedule fields, and the Buffer size is the core of critical chain technique. The paper analyzes the methods of buffer size calculating and chooses the maximum robustness for the best choice. In order to give a research direction about project schedule management, it is thought to have the promotion to chain technique and robustness measurement in project management.
