和田地区儿童家长预防接种知识知晓情况调查

Survey on the Knowledge of Expanded Immunization Program Among Children's Caregivers in Hotan Prefecture

目的了解和田地区维吾尔族儿童家长,对预防接种相关知识知晓情况及获取途径的影响因素,为预防接种工作的开展提供参考。方法经统一培训的调查员开展现场问卷调查,对回收的调查表进行统计分析。结果母亲预防接种知识得分(76.52)高于父亲(68.00),随着儿童家长学历的增长预防接种知识得分在增长。结论预防接种工作的开展,在家庭中母亲起主导作用。要加强对疫苗安全性相关知识的宣传,对不同文化程度、不同人群,制定不同的传播策略。

Objective To know the status of awareness on knowledge of Expanded Immunization Program （EPI）, channel of getting information and influence factors, so as to provide the reference for improving EPI work. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted by trained investigators and the dada collected were analyzed. Results The score of vaccination knowledge among mothers （76.52）are higher than fathers （68.00）. With increased education, the score on vaccination knowledge is growing. Conclusion Mothers play an important role in the family in vaccination..It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of vaccine safety related knowledge, it is essential to develop different communication strategy for the people with different education level and different group population.
