摘要
增黏剂-水-乙二醇体系是水基润滑液基础液的主要组成,考察其流变性能对研制水基润滑液产品是很重要的。本实验采用KE-1为增黏剂,考察增黏剂-水-乙二醇体系组成与体系黏度的关系及该体系的黏温特性和低温流动性,同时采用SO计算式计算该体系的压黏系数,从而预测压力对体系黏度的影响,通过预测值判断,在温度为20,40℃时压力对体系黏度的影响并不大,因此,KE-1-水-乙二醇体系适宜作为水基液压液的基础液。
The system of viscosifier-water-glycol is a primary component in base fluids of water-based lubricant. It is important that the rheological properties are investigated for development of water-based lubricant products. In the experiments KE-1 as viscosifier, it is observed that relationship between composition in the system of viscosifier-water-gtycol and viscosity, the viscosity-temperature characteristics and low temperature fluidity. Pressure-viscosity coefficient of the system is calculated by SO calculation method, influence of pressure on viscosity of the system predicted with results of the calculation. The predictive results show that the pressure has hardly influence on viscosity at from 20 22 to 40 22. Therefore the system of KE-1- water-glycol is suitable for the base fluid of water based hydraulic fluid.
