摘要
针对苯乙烯装置乙苯/苯乙烯分离塔进料组成变化影响其分离效率的问题,运用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对该塔进行模拟计算。根据模拟计算结果,在保证苯乙烯产品质量的前提下,通过调整塔顶温度、回流比、塔顶采出量等工艺操作参数,将塔顶乙苯中苯乙烯质量分数控制在1%以下,从而提高了苯乙烯产品的产量。
Based on the problems of separating efficiency in ethylbenzene/styrene separating column influenced with unstable the feedstock compositions, the column was calculated in simulation with Aspen Plus. In order to ensure acceptable quality of the styrene and improve its output, the mass fraction of the styrene in ethylbenzene distilled from top of the column was controlled to less than 1% by temperature and output of the ethylbenzene in the top, reflux ratio regulated.
