摘要
对装置区及公用区域管廊破坏的原因进行分析。分析结果表明:氯离子会破坏钢筋表面的钝化膜,使钢筋发生局部腐蚀,最终导致管廊破坏。根据管廊的损坏情况,采取了相应的修复措施,并指出了今后管廊设计和施工中应注意的问题。
It was analyzed that the damaged reasons of pipeline supports in production plants areas and others areas. The results showed that the passivation layers on surface of steel bars of concretes were destroyed, then the parts corroded and the pipeline supports damaged finally. According to the damage level repair solutions were implemented. In order to control the damages in design and construction of the pipeline supports were proponed the problems should be paid attention to in design and construction of the pipeline supports were proponed.
