Building the ontology of death J s compensation not only reduce from the logic, but also concern the philosophy base , system＇s ethics, and economic analysis and cultural review. Life＇s corrective value should be the base of the death compensation, which think much of non-economic value of life and function of prevention of law. To strengthen the limitation of law, we can study a formula for dead compensation.
