分析了小城镇建设的现实意义 ,指出在新疆 ,以促进小城镇建设作为经济发展的重要推动力 ,可缓解城市对立的二元经济结构 ,经济要素分散及剌激内需的问题 ,也可实现农村剩余劳动力的转移 ,增加农民的收入和农业化经营 .因地制宜 ,选择性地进行小城建设 ,在科学规划的基础上 ,实现南北疆协调发展 ,可持续增长 .

Accelerating the development of small town in the strategic question in economical and social development in China. The article makes penetrating analysis on immediate significance of the construction of small town,points out that, in Xinjiang,taking the accelerating the development of small town as the driving force of econoical development,we can relax many questions in town such as serverly opposite diadactic economical structure, diffusion of economical factors and stimulating the internal necessity, while, it helps to realize the transform of spare labor power in country, the increase of the income of peasant and industralized management of agriculture. Then the author puts forward to that selectively constructing the small town in the light of local condition, we can realized coordinated growth between northern and southern Xinjiang and make sustainable increasing true on the basis of scientific plan.
