Livin蛋白在喉癌组织中表达及与喉癌细胞凋亡关系的研究

摘要 目的探讨Livin蛋白在喉鳞癌组织中的表达以及其与喉癌细胞凋亡的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法分别检测67例喉鳞癌组织和36例癌旁组织中Livin蛋白的表达情况;同时用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的荧光素标记dUTP缺口末端标记法(TUNEL)检测喉癌细胞凋亡率,计算凋亡指数(AI)。分析二者的关系。结果 Livin在喉鳞癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。Livin的表达在喉癌不同分化程度、淋巴结有无转移及不同临床分期间有显著性差异(P均<0.05),在不同临床分型、有无吸烟史、不同性别及年龄间无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。喉癌组织癌细胞凋亡指数明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。喉鳞癌组织中Livin的表达与凋亡细胞数呈显著负相关(r=-0.415,P<0.05)。结论 Livin蛋白在喉鳞癌的表达与临床病理学特征密切相关,该蛋白的检测有助于诊断喉癌和评估喉癌患者的恶性程度及预后。 Objective It is to observe the expression of Livin and the correlation with apoptosis in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of Livin in 67 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissue and 36 cases of para-carcinoma tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. The apoptosis indes (AI) was evalued for the result of TUNEL. The correlation of them was analyzed. Results The expression of Livin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma tissue (P 〈 0.01 ). In laryngeal carcinoma, the expression of Livin was associated with differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but independent of clinical classification, smoking history, gender and age (P 〉 0.05 ). The value of AI in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that in para - carcinoma tissue (P 〈 0.05 ). A significant negative relation was found between Livin and AI in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The high expression of Livin is closely related with clinical pathological characteristics.
