摘要
研究以竹荪、红菇、真姬菇、元蘑、黑木耳5种食用菌为研究对象来提取水溶性多糖,在分析了总糖、蛋白质和总酚含量的基础上研究了5种食用菌多糖对ABTS自由基、OH自由基、脂质过氧化的清除作用,同时通过MTT法测定了其对宫颈癌HeLa细胞和肝癌HepG2的体外抗增殖活性。结果表明,5种食用菌多糖均具有一定的抗氧化及抗癌细胞增殖活性,呈剂量依赖关系。
The water soluble polysaccharides were extracted from five edible funguses (Dicty'ophora indusiata, Russula vinosa Lindblad, Hypsizygus marmoreus, Hohenbuehelia serotina, Auricularia Auricula), then the total carbohydrate, protein and polyphenol contents of polysaccharides were analyzed. The antioxidant activities of the polysaccharides were performed by the determinations of ABTS radicals, hydrogen radicals and lipid peroxidation. The inhibition of cancer cell proliferation methods were employed by MTT. The results indicated that the polysaccharides have the dose-dependent manner antioxidant and antiproliferation activities in vitro.
