摘要
探讨了三氯乙酸封管法水解蒺藜皂甙的可能性,并在此基础上尝试了采用从蒺藜中提取和部分纯化的皂甙水解酶水解蒺藜皂甙制备皂甙元的方法。结果表明:三氯乙酸封管法水解蒺藜皂甙获得了令人满意的效果。水解的最佳条件:三氯乙酸浓度为15%,封管120℃反应1h;水解产物用正己烷萃取,在213nm有最大吸收峰;用紫外光谱扫描法证实蒺藜皂甙水解酶具有明显活性,提示了自提皂甙水解酶在制备皂甙元方面的潜在应用前景。
The possibility of trichloroacetic acid sealed tube hydrolysis of Tribulus terrestris was studied. And on this basis, the method of prepared of saponins was tried using Tribulus terrestris extract and partially purified saponin hydrolase. The results showed that: trichloroacetic acid sealed tube hydrolysis of Tribulus terrestris to obtain satisfactory results, the optimum conditions for hydrolysis of the trichloroacetic acid concentration of 15%, sealed tube 120 ℃, 1 h; hydrolyzate extracted with hexane, in 213 nm, the maximum absorption peak; UV spectrum scanning confirmed that Tribulus terrestris hydrolase has significant activity, suggested a potential application in preparation sapogenin.
