海滨木槿不同部位提取物的体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨海滨木槿不同部位不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化能力。方法:利用超声辅助提取法分别得到了海滨木槿根、茎、叶的正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和甲醇提取物。采用Folin-Ciocalteu法检测了各提取物的总酚含量,通过1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)、羟基自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)清除能力对海滨木槿不同部位不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性进行了评价。结果:根的甲醇和二氯甲烷提取物、叶的甲醇提取物、茎的乙酸乙酯提取物抗氧化活性较强,总酚含量分别达到55.02、62.02、43.34、62.47mg/g。结论:海滨木槿的叶、根和茎可作为天然的抗氧化物质资源,具有很好的开发利用价值。 Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the antioxidant activities of different position and different solvent extracts from Hibiscus hamabo Sieb. et Zucc. in vitro. Methods: Using ultrasound- assisted extraction method, the N-hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and methanol extracts of Hibiscus hamabo roots, stems and leaves were obtained. The total phenolic content of various extracts were detected with Folin-Ciocalteu assay. The antioxidant activity of various extracts in vitro were evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical (DPPH.) system, hydroxyl radical (.OH) system and superoxide anion free base (02-') system. Results: The antioxidant activities of methanol and dichloromethane extracts of roots, methanol extracts of leaves and ethyl acetate extracts of stems are stronger. The total phenolic content to reach 55.02, 62.02 43.34, 62.47 mg/g respectively. Conclusion: The leave, roots and stems of Hibiscus hamabo Sieb. et Zucc. can be used as natural antioxidant resources with a good development and utilization value.
