小黑豆乳清蛋白和水解多肽对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究小黑豆乳清蛋白(SBWP)和水解多肽(SBWPE)对四氯化碳(CCl4)引起的小鼠肝脏损伤的保护作用。方法:分别将SBWP和SBWPE按照6g/(kg.d)和2g/(kg.d)加入到饲料中,饲喂小鼠30d。实验第30天,CCl4经胃给药(5mL/kg)建成急性肝损伤模型;实验结束后,处死动物,检测血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(AST)和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)。结果:与模型组相比,SBWP和SBWPE组动物的血清ALT活性和肝脏MDA、TG含量显著降低(P<0.01),肝中GSH含量显著升高(P<0.05),其中以SBWPE组效果最明显。结论:SBWP和SBWPE对CCl4引起的小鼠急性肝损伤有保护作用。 Objective:To explore the protective effect of whey protein and polypeptide from small black soybean on CCl4-induced acute hepatic injury in mice.Methods:The protein and polypeptide were added to mice feed at the dose of 6 g/(kg?d) and 2 g/(kg?d),respectively,which were fed to the mice for 30 d.Mouse model of acute hepatic injury was established by intragastric feeding with 1% CCl4(80 mg/kg).The mice were sacrificed at the end of the experiment.The effect of the protein and polypeptide on serum AST and ALT activities and liver GSH,TG and MDA contents was observed.Results:Compared with the model group,whey protein and polypeptide could decrease ALT activity in mice in serum and TG and MDA levels in mouse liver significantly(P&lt;0.01),and increase GSH content in mouse liver(P&lt;0.01).The polypeptide at high dosage revealed the most obvious effect.Conclusion:Whey protein and polypeptide from small black soybean have protective capability against acute liver injury in mice induced by CCl4.
