摘要
以含磷建筑石膏为基材,复配矿渣粉进行改性,加入特种钙材料、缓凝剂、水玻璃和保水剂等化学添加剂研制出墙体抹灰用含磷粉刷石膏。试验结果表明,含磷粉刷石膏的最佳配比为m(含磷建筑石膏)∶m(特种钙材料)∶m(矿渣)=78∶2∶20,缓凝剂掺量0.2%,水玻璃掺量3%,保水剂掺量0.2%;含磷粉刷石膏的28 d抗压、抗折和粘结强度分别为25.1、5.8、1.4 MPa;AFt晶体与其它物质相互搭接,大量絮状的C-S-H凝胶将各个组分包覆成致密的网状结构,从而提高了含磷粉刷石膏的强度。
In this paper plastering gypsum was prepared by taking gypsum containing phosphorus as major raw material, combining with slag for modification,and adding special calcium material,retarder,water glass and water-retention agent. The results showed that the best ratio of gypsum containing phosphorus and special calcification and slag was 78:2:20,the optimal retarder, water glass and water-retention content were 0.2% ,3% and 0.2% ,respectively. The 28--day compressive strength,fiexural strength and bond strength were 25.1,5.8 and 1.4MPa, respectively.AFt crystals lapped over other materials each other, many C-S-H gels packed each components to form dense network structure in order to improve strength.
