摘要
系统探讨了在改性沥青制备过程中延长储料时间和改变储料温度对自粘沥青防水卷材物理性能的影响,自粘沥青防水卷材的物理性能随储料时间的延长及储料温度升高呈现先提高后降低的趋势,存在一个最佳储料时间及最佳储料温度。在一定程度上,可以通过适当降低储料温度,延长储料时间来保持自粘沥青卷材具有良好的物理性能。
The system discussed the effect of changing temperature and shear time in the process of modified asphalt prepara- tion on the physical properties of the self-adhered waterproofing membrane. The results showed that the physical properties of self- adhered waterproofing membrane were first improved and then decreased with temperature increasing and process time prolonging. It had an optimum process time and shear temperature. During the production and processing,we could properly decrease the temper- ature and prolong the shear time to keep good physical properties of the self-adhered waterproofing membrane to some extent.
