绿色市场是绿色循环经济的重要载体和先导。人类经济社会发展面临前所未有的严峻资源环境挑战,必须抛弃唯GDP的落后模式。绿色市场不同于传统市场,体现资源节约、环境友好的先进理念。本文较系统地介绍了绿色市场的内涵、分类,梳理了国外建设管理的已有经验,对我国2004年以来绿色市场建管进行简要回顾,最后通过案例研究,分析了我国绿色市场规划建设管理的若干重大问题,特别提出从农产品批发零售市场入手,发挥行业协会、消费者协会的作用,逐步全面建成绿色市场、管理好绿色市场,以引导健康消费、倒逼供给,生产促进绿色经济模式形成。
