云南几类野生食(药)用菌资源开发应用前景

Prospects of Exploitation and Utilization on Several Kinds of High Economic Value of Wild Edible and Medicinal Fungi Resource in Yunnan

通过对云南五类野生且高经济价值食(药)用菌的资源状况进行调查,对云南这几类食(药)用菌研究情况、开发现状进行总结,对存在的问题提出了相应的建议。简述了云南野生食(药)用菌资源在开发利用中的广阔前景,并提出可持续利用发展的战略。

The five types of wild edible and medicinal fungi resource in Yunnan were briefly reviewed. The present status of their re- search and utilization was summarized in detail. Based on the problems existing on the wild edible and medicinal fungi exploitation and utilization, corresponding suggestions concerning this issue were proposed. Finally, the development potential of wild edible and medici- nal fungi resource in Yunnan were discussed and some recommendations on sustainable utilization and development were gaven.
