虎奶菇产纤维素酶条件优化的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本试验以降解菌草能力高的虎奶菇作为研究对象,对其产酶条件的研究结果表明,转速150 r.min-1、温度30℃、培养5 d、装液量每250 mL装液100 mL、接种量为每100 mL接种5 mL、pH 6.4对菌株产纤维素酶影响最明显,酵母膏是最佳氮源,1%~2%象草为其最佳碳源,其最高CMC酶活和FPA酶活分别为5.464 IU.mL-1和2.348 IU.mL-1。 Pleurotus tuber-regium, which had relatively strong capability of degrading Juncao, was used as the experimental strain in this study. The results of enzyme -producing condition showed that the speed of 150 r·min^-1 , temperature in 30℃, cultivated for 5 days, liquid volume 100 mL per 250 mL, inoculum size 5 mL per 100 mL, pH 6. 4 made the most obvious influence for strains producing cellulose enzyme. Yeast extract was the best nitrogen source, and 1%-2% elephant grass became the best carbon source. The highest CMC enzyme activity and FPA enzyme activity were 5. 464 IU·mL^-1 and 2. 348 IU·mL^-1 respectively.
