摘要
针对消泡剂、润湿流平剂在聚氨酯(PU)亮光黑面漆中的效用和涂膜易产生的弊病,在相同条件下分别对其进行了平行对比实验,对PU亮光黑面漆消泡难的问题进行了深入的探究。实验结果显示,有机硅氧烷类流平剂OL31、丙烯酸酯类流平剂BYK358N、消泡剂BYK141搭配使用,效果优异,能获得良好的漆膜外观。
The research aimed at the of defoamer and wetting agent in polyurethane son expriments at same conditions to investigate the fi）aming problem that was difficuh to be solved in PU high gloss black paint. The experimental results showed that combinetion of silicone leveling agent O121, acrylic leveling agent BYK358N and defoamer BYK141 could give excellen! resuhs and better film appearance.
