摘要 将改性硅溶胶添加到聚丙烯酸酯乳液中制备高硅含量SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液(SiO2/PA)。研究了硅溶胶用量对SiO2/PA乳液及涂膜性能的影响,结果发现SiO2/PA复合乳液的SiO2含量高达48%,贮存稳定性好,平均粒径为170~180 nm。随着硅溶胶与聚丙烯酸酯乳液配比的增大,涂膜的耐水性、耐醇性、摆杆硬度和拉伸强度都有所提高。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试发现高硅含量涂膜表面平整致密,TGA分析表明SiO2/PA杂合涂膜热稳定性良好。 In the present study, SiO2/polyacrylate composite emulsion (SiO2/PA) were prepared by directly mixing polyacrylate emulsion (PA) with modified silica sol. The influence of colloidal silica content on the properties of SiO2/PA composite emulsion (SiO2/PA) were studied. The results showed that SiO2/PA composite emulsion with SiO2 -content up to 48% had a good storage stability and an average particle diameter of 170 - 180 nm. The water and alcohol resistance, pendulum hardness, tensile strength of cured film were improved with the increasing amount of colloidal silica. SEM test indicated that SiO2/PA films displayed a emooth and densed surface. TGA analysis showed that coating films possessed good thermal stability.
