Control Method of Heat Source of Radiant Floor Heating System Combined with Ground-source Heat Pump

摘要 以重庆地区某别墅作为研究对象,热源为土壤源热泵(两台压缩机并联),室内采用地板辐射供暖系统。热泵机组采用两种控制方式,控制方式1为地板辐射供暖系统回水温度控制,当回水温度高于设定值(40℃)时,单台压缩机运行,当低于设定值时,两台压缩机运行。控制方式2为室内温度控制,当室内温度高于18℃时停机,低于16℃时开机。对两种控制方式下的供暖系统能效比进行了实验计算,当采用控制方式2时,供暖系统的平均能效比较高。 A villa in Chongqing area that takes ground-source heat pump (two compressors in paral- lel) for the heat source and takes advantage of radiant floor heating system in the rooms is chosen for study. The heat pump unit adopts two control methods. The first control method is that the return water temperature of the radiant floor heating system is controlled. Only one compressor works when the return water tempera- ture exceeds the set point (40℃ ) , and two compres- sors work if the return water temperature is less than the set point. The second control method is that the in- door temperature is controlled. The heat pump unit stops when the indoor temperature exceeds 18℃ , and starts if the indoor temperature is less than 16 ℃. The energy efficiency ratio of heating system using two con- trol methods is calculated experimentally. The average energy efficiency ratio of heating system using the sec- ond control method is more than first control method.
