摘要
根据逆变原理研究一种光隔高压触发电路 ,利用研制的 1 0 0 k V红外发射和接收二极管光隔离开关并采用其它措施 ,实现了高低设备以及控制电路之间的隔离 ,对整体电路触发的可靠性、控制灵敏度。
The high voltage triggering circuit is studied based on the inverter principle. By using the developed optical isolation switch (rated isolation voltage as 100 kV), the high voltage device and control circuits are isolated. The triggering reliability, controlling sensitivity, and withstanding capability to electric magnetic interference are also analyzed.
