气相色谱法同时测定水稻上的异丙威和毒死蜱 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]建立同时测定田水、土壤、糙米及植株中异丙威和毒死蜱残留的气相色谱分析方法。[方法]土壤样品采用丙酮提取,糙米样品采用乙酸乙酯提取,植株样品采用丙酮-水(体积比4∶1)提取,二氯甲烷萃取,气相色谱仪检测。[结果]对样品中的异丙威、毒死蜱进行不同水平的添加回收率试验,方法的平均回收率为86.67%~105.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.70%~5.73%,最低检测质量分数分别为0.01、0.005 mg/kg。[结论]该方法的灵敏度、准确度、精密度符合农药残留分析的要求,适合大批量样品的检测。 A new method was developed for residual analysis of isoprocarb and chlorpyrifos in water,soil,brown rice and paddy by gas chromatography(GC).[Methods] The sample of soil was extracted by acetone,the sample of brown rice was extracted by ethyl acetate,and the sample of paddy was extracted by acetone and water(4∶1,by vol),then extracted by methylene chloride,then concentrated and determined by GC.[Results] The average recoveries of the method ranged from 86.67-105.0%,the relative standard deviations were 0.70-5.73%.The lowest detectable concentration of isoprocarb and chlorpyrifos in samples were 0.01,0.005 mg/kg respectively.[Conclusions] The method had high sensitivity,accuracy and precision and was suitable for the detection of large numbers of samples.
