摘要
协调机制是科研团队管理的重点和难点.本文从计划币和规则、对象和表述、角色、例行程序、邻近性等方面对组织协调的理论和方法进行了综述;通过对C0DE、MIRP、RIRP3个科研团队组建、协调和结果的比较,分析了协调策略的具体应用;从可问责性、可预测性和共识程度3个维度出发,对案例团队的协调效果进行解释,探讨其中整合效果、团队异质性等影响途径;最后,建立了团队协调机制和效果的理论框架,指出出了其理论和实践价值.
Coordination mechanism is an important and also difficult subject of scientific reseach team management. First, it reviews the theories and methods of organization coordination from five aspects of plan and rule, object and representation, role, routine procedure, and proximity. Second, it analyes the specific application of the coordination tactics based on the three cases of CODE, MIRP and RIRP and makes comparison about their establishment, coordina- tion and outcomes. Third, it illustrates the coordination effect of case teams from three dimensions of accountability, predictability and degree of common view, and discusses the influence path of integrating effectiveness and team hetero- geneity. Finally, it builds up a theoretical frame of coordination mechanism and effectiveness and points out its theoreti- cal and practical implications.
