摘要
采用工程气象学、流体模拟、风监测技术、公路工程技术、空气动力学及概率论相结合的方法,密切结合自动监测与传感器技术,对高速公路沿线最大风速空间分布、垂直分布、水平分布等进行系统分析和研究。提出全球气候变化背景下公路强风害防控技术由风害防控信息管理系统、防风栅防护技术组成,可为我国高速公路安全行车提供技术保障。
Adopting a method consisting of engineering meteorology, fluid simulation, wind monitoring technology, highway construction technology, aerodynamics and probability theory, combining with automatic monitoring and sensor technology, the author analyzes the space distribution, vertical distribution and horizontal distribution of the maximum wind speed along the expressway. The author makes a conclusion that prevention and control technology to wind-damage are composed of information management system and wind fences technology under the background of global climate change, which can provide technical support for safety driving on expressway in China.
