摘要
慢行交通系统在中小型城市的功能定位尚不明确,绝大多数的居民出行让步于小汽车出行。讨论交通政策导向的能动性,结合济宁特色突出政策对慢行交通的倾斜;分析济宁市城市、道路、交通特性,明确指出慢行交通在济宁居民出行的主导地位;依据规划年的用地情况,分区域、分层次的进行慢行区的划分;提出慢行廊道布局的原则,依据交通预测模型OD期望线来合理布设慢行廊道。
Due to the ambiguous position of non-motorized travel system in small and medium city, most of residents' travel yield to car. The author discusses the dynamic character of traffic policy orientation, emphasizes the importance of non- motorized system combined with the characteristics of Jining. Through analysis of Jining urban spatial structure, road and traffic performance, the author states the leading position of the non-motorized system in residents' travel. Based on land use of the target year, the paper divides the slow zone in the principle of different regions and different levels, proposes the principles of slow corridor' layout, selects the reasonable slow corridor based on the OD line of the traffic prediction model.
