摘要
交通基础设施建设应向资源节约、环境友好型转型,减少资源浪费,形成符合循环经济模式的产业链,使能耗最低、最环保,消化利用废旧沥青材料比例最高。针对泡沫沥青冷再生技术进行论述,以推动道路建设与养护技术向可靠性、经济性、实用性以及节能降耗方向健康发展。
Traffic infrastructure construction should transform to resource-saving and environment-friendly type, reduce resource waste, and form an industry chain which accords with circular economy mode, in order to reach to the lowest energy consumption, the best environment protection, and the highest proportion of utilizing waste and old asphalt. The paper discusses the cold recycling technique of foamed asphalt, in order to promote the healthy development of road construction and maintenance technology trending to reliability, economical effi- ciency, practicability, resource saving and energy consumption reduction.
