摘要
本文通过实验和理论上的定性分析表明:CFRP单向层板的横向拉伸模量E_T和强度σ_(TU),受碳纤维(CF)径向微晶结构的影响较深。因而研究CFRP的横向拉伸性能时需引入纤维的径向参数E_(f2)、v_(f2),以代替沿用的轴向参数E_(f1)和v_(f1)。CF石墨化程度越高,其轴向和径向性能相差越大,这种代替越显必要。
The qualitative analysis of experiment and theory indicates that, the horizontal tensile modulus ET and σTU are deeply affected by the radial micro-crystal structure of carbon fibre.The fibre radial factors Ef 2 and Vf 2 are needed to substitute for the old axial Ef1 and vf1. The higher the graphlization degree of CF,the more different between the axial and radial properties, the more necessary the substitution.
