摘要
升降台在升降机械中占据重要地位,本文设计的一款液压剪叉式升降台,具有机构紧凑、运行平稳、噪声小、传递功率大等优点.运用Pro/E软件建立升降台的三维模型,运用有限元软件ANSYS建立了压力机的虚拟样机,并对关键零部件进行静力学分析,验证了液压剪叉式升降台满足设计要求.
Hydraulic cylinder models play an important role in the equipment. This paper designs a ma- chine which has features of compact confirmation, easy operation and good adaptability. 3-D finite element modeling is built by PRO/E software and ANSYS. The key parts are analyzed. The hydraulic cylinder models are tested, which satisfies the design requirements.
