摘要
介绍一种以单相电源对单相电容电动机进行测试调整的方法,包括测试调整的电路、过程、计算方法和实例。该方法无需使用传统方法配置的对称二相电源,因而降低了对测试设备的要求,尤其是可以在实验中预知电动机所有工作点的性能,十分有利于器具专用电动机的设计调整。该方法已实际应用于单相电容电动机和家用电器整机生产设计。
The paper introduces a test adjustment method of single phase capacitor motor, using single-phase power supply, including testing and adjusting circuit, process, calculation methods and examples. The method needn't use symmetrical two-phase power supply which is configurated by traditional methods. Thus reducing the requirement on the test equipment, especially it can predict the performance of all the working point of motor during the test, which is very good to the design and adjustment of special motor for apparatus .The method has been applied to production and design of single-phase capacitor motor and household appliances.
