摘要
后板组件是柜式空调的主要零部件,相当于汽车中的底盘,其加工工艺属于钣金件之间的连接技术,目前在实际生产中应用的主要有两种工艺,一种是点焊工艺,另一种是无铆钉铆接工艺。本文将分析后板组件的结构及加工特点,从多个角度说明两种工艺在后板组件加工中的差别,以及各自的优缺点。
The rear plate assembly is the main components and parts of air conditioner, equivalent to the vehicle chassis, and the maching technology is belonging to joining technology of sheet metal. There are mainly two technologies applicated in the actual production, one is the spot welding, the othe is no rivets riveting technology.This article will analyze the rear plate structure and processing characteristics and explain the differences between those two main technology in rear plate assy machined from multiple aspects, their respective advantages and disadvantages are also be analyzed iff this article.
