分泌吲哚乙酸洽草内生细菌的筛选及其对种子发芽的影响 被引量:10

Screening of IAA-producing endophytic bacteria from Koeleria cristata and the effect on seed germination

摘要 从分离的31株洽草内生细菌中筛选出3株具有较强的IAA分泌功能的内生细菌QS3,QG3和QS15,用其稀释过的培养液对苜蓿、红三叶、燕麦、黑麦草浸种,测定了供试牧草种子的发芽势、发芽率、胚根长度等指标,发现种子的发芽势及发芽率平均提高了5%~15%,胚根长度较对照也均增加,且差异显著(P<0.05)。 Three IAA-producing endophytic bacteria strains were screened from Koeleria cristata and the diluted culture solution was usedto study the effect on seed germination through soaking the seeds of alfalfa,red clover,oat and ryegrass and then testing the germination percentage and radicle length. The result showed that the isolated strains could promote the germination of tested seeds. The average germination percentage was increased by 5 % to 15 %. In which, QS3 and QG3 strains performed better in terms of promoting the seed weight and radicle length.
