物理、化学处理方法对矮生嵩草和线叶嵩草种子萌发的影响 被引量:11

Effects of different treatments on seed germination of Kobresia humilis and Kobresia capillifolia

摘要 采用物理和化学方法处理矮生嵩草和线叶嵩草种子,测定其发芽率。结果表明,NaOH处理对矮生嵩草种子发芽率提高显著(P<0.05),4%NaOH浸泡3h后种子发芽率最高,为86.7%;线叶嵩草经NaOH处理后,4%NaOH浸泡3h、5%NaOH浸泡3、4h后,发芽率均显著提高(P<0.05),5%NaOH浸泡3h后发芽率最高,为18.0%。不同浓度赤霉素(GA)处理对矮生嵩草和线叶嵩草种子的发芽率促进不显著(P>0.05)。低温(4℃)层积30d显著促进矮生嵩草种子萌发(P<0.05),低温层积60d、20℃温水浸泡(10,15和30h)、磨破种皮对2种种子发芽率均无显著促进作用。4%和5%NaOH溶液处理3~5h、低温层积、磨破种皮均提高了矮生嵩草种子发芽指数;4%和5%NaOH溶液处理3~5h提高了线叶嵩草种子发芽指数。 Different chemical treatments (different concentrations of NaOH and GA solution) and physical treatments (low temperature stratification,warm water soaked for 10 h,15 h and 30 h, scarified) were used to explore methods for improving seed germination of Kobresia hurnilis and K. capillifolia. The results showed that seed germination rate of K. humilis was significantly increased by NaOH treatments (P〈0. 05) and reached the highest value (86.7%) soaked by 4% NaOH for 3 hours. The seed germination rate of K. capillifolia was significantly improved (P〈0.05) while treated with 4% NaOH soaking for 3 hours or 5%NaOH soaking for 3 and 4 hours,and the highest value was 18.0% treated with 5% NaOH for 3 hours. There were no significant improving effects on K. humilis and K. capillifolia seed germination rates by GA treatment, low temperature(4 ℃) stratification for 1 month significantly enhanced K. humilis seed germination rate, while there were no effects on K. humilis and K. capillifolia with treatments of low temperature stratification for 2 month. 20 ℃ warm water soaking for 10 h,15 h and 30 h,and scarified,4% and 5% NaOH soaking for 3 to 5 h, and low temperature stratification significantly increased K. humilis seed germination index,while only 4 % and 5 % NaOH soaking 3 to 5 h treatments significantly promoted K. capillifolia seed germination index.
