摘要
《小学英语课程标准》(2011年版)倡导注重素质、关注差异、强调过程、优化评价等以生为本的教学理念;对小学英语课程教学提出了语言知识、语言技能、文化意识以及其他如情感态度与学习策略等方面的具体要求;确立了小学英语教学评价的激励性、科学性和服务性三大原则。
This paper interprets the Primary English Curriculum Standard (2011 Version)from the three aspects of teaching notion, teaching requirements and teaching evaluation. The Primary English Curriculum Standard advocates the teaching notion of focusing on the quality, paying attention to the difference, emphasizing the process and im- proving the evaluation, makes the concrete teaching requirements about the language knowledge, language skill, cul- tural consciousness and other aspects such as emotion, attitude and[ learning strategies, and establishes the three evalua- tion principles of being incentive, scientific and servicing.
