With great success in educational practice, secondary, normal education has shown its glorious history in the 1980sand 1990s in the following five aspects： stable and talented student pool, positive and firm profession orienta- tion, active and effective class management, simple but colorful campus culture, silent and accukural generation influ- ence. Therefore, a positive attitude towards the traditional secondary normal education should be maintained in the process of developing modern normal education.
