摘要
本文提出了一种基于虚拟流法的实用配网重构方法 ,将重构问题划分为离线的季度性全网重构和在线的实时局部网络重构 ,实时网络重构不仅考虑平衡馈线负荷 ,减少过载 ,而且考虑平衡三相负荷 。
In this paper, a practical approach of network reconfiguration based on recursive fictitious flow algorithm is presented. The problem of reconfiguration is divided into the problem of off line seasonal whole network reconfiguration and the problem of on line real time local network reconfiguration. Not only the balance of inter feeder load but also the balance of inter phase load is considered in the real time network reconfiguration. A new algorithm of balancing the three phase load is also presented.
