摘要
本文针对目前我国电厂实行“按月报价”的实际情况 ,提出了一种切实可行的日发电计划的计算方法—优化排序法 ,并对日发电计划计算过程中的负荷平衡的动态调整 ,旋转备用的动态调整 ,日发电量权值的动态调整等几个主要方面的优化处理进行了详细的论述。本文以我国某省电力系统的具体数据为算例进行了分析 ,验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。
After investigated the fact that power plants in our country normally only give monthly quoted prices at the present time, this paper brings forward a new feasible arithmetic, optimized sorting arithmetic, for calculating the daily generation scheduling. and also it discusses the dynamic tuning of load balance, dynamic tuning of spining reserve and dynamic tuning of the weight of daily power generation occurred in the calculating procedure in detail. Finally, a complete implementation of this arithmetic is described, and proved with real data comes from a province’s electric power system.
