摘要
欧洲在其历史长河中正经历一个重要的转型时期。第二次世界大战后,欧洲地位一落千丈,由此开始痛苦的转型,它通过一体化进程逐步走向联合壮大。在欧洲经济一体化取得巨大成就、经济全球化急剧扩张、高科技迅猛发展以及冷战结束带来国际格局嬗变的背景下,欧洲转型出现新的契机,并出现了许多新迹象。而世界金融危机和欧洲主权债务危机进一步推动了欧洲转型,并凸显其新的发展动向。本文拟探讨冷战结束后欧洲转型的动因、表现及其影响,尤其是欧债危机以来欧洲转型的新动向和新特征。
Europe is now undergoing a period of rapid and wide changes.After the Industrial Revolution,Europe had become an important centre for world economy and politics.However,the end of the Second World War was followed by the decline of Europe as a world force,which forced it to launch a painful transformation.After more than 50 years' integration,Europe has become more unified and powerful.With the success of the European economic integration,the expansion of the economic globalization,the progress in high technology and a transformation of the world pattern brought about by the end of the Cold War,new opportunities and tendencies have emerged.The world financial crisis and the European sovereign debt crisis have accelerated Europe's transformation and highlighted the tendency of its future development.This paper aims at discussing the driving forces,performances and influences of the transformation of Europe since the end of the Cold War,especially the new tendencies and characteristics emerged after the beginning of the European debt crisis.
