摘要
简要介绍了棒形悬式瓷绝缘子的结构特点及发展史。通过与盘形悬式瓷和玻璃绝缘子对比 ,说明了其特有的优良性能 (如没有零值劣化现象、耐污闪能力较强等 )。通过与复合绝缘子对比 ,说明其几乎不存在老化问题。如果采用半导体釉新技术 ,在耐污性能上甚至可以超过复合绝缘子。另外 ,还介绍了半导体釉的发展和使用情况 ;对棒形悬式瓷绝缘子制造成本与经济效益进行了初步估算 ;最后指出目前技术成熟 ,条件具备 。
Briefing on design features and development of rod porcelain insulator is presented.It features no degradation and high pollution proof compared with cap and pin insulators, and no ageing problem compared with polymer insulators. Moreover,coated with semi conductive glaze,it can have even higher pollution resistance than polymer insulator. The development and application of semi conductive glaze is described.A preliminary estimation of cost and profit of rod insulator production shows a well financial and social effect with mature technology.
