12例老年难治性慢性心力衰竭患者心脏再同步加自动复律治疗的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 慢性心力衰竭(congestive heart failure,CHF)是大多数心血管病的最终归宿和最主要的死亡原因。在临床上,随着血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、醛固酮拮抗剂的广泛应用,CHF治疗取得了很大进展。然而,有相当数量的患者药物治疗,仍不能阻止心力衰竭的进行性加重。
