摘要
汽车电子技术专业三阶段工学交替是深化工学结合人才培养模式改革的必然选择,学生职业能力形成的关键教学环节。本文主要对三阶段工学交替人才培养模式的有效实现方法进行探讨。
The three-period working and learning alternation for the major of Automotive Elec- tronic Technology is deepening the reform of personnel training mode of combining learning and working. It is also the key for students to form their vocational capability. Focus is put on the ef- fective implementation of the personnel training mode.
