摘要
薪酬分配制度改革直接关系到企业的生存和发展。本文旨在通过对我国国有企业薪酬管理现状的分析,总结国有企业在薪酬管理设计中的问题,并提出相应的解决对策,以期对国有企业薪酬管理改革提供一定的理论指导。
Reform of salary distribution system directly relates to the survival and development of an enterprise. This article aims at summarizing the problems in the design of state-owned enter prises in salary management through the analysis of the current situation of the enterprises salary management in our country. Corresponding countermeasures are put forward so as to provide cer- tain theoretical guidance to the reform of state-owned enterprise salary management.
