Small and medium-sized family enterprise in the world today is the most common and the main form of enterprise organization. It has the strong vitality and competitiveness. And there are also a series of problems and disadvantages. This paper analyzes the characteristics of family-based management in different stages, points out the common problems, and summarizes the solutions.
