摘要
讨论了混合式步进电动机的结构参数对高速运行性能的影响 ,包括转子铁心的单元数、绕组匝数及磁系统尺寸的优化等。步进驱动单元的高速运行性能可以用最大牵出功率作指标 ,它主要取决于电动机的综合参数 (Ke/L) ,以及驱动器的电压和电流。
The effects of constructional parameters,the number of rotor segments,the number of winding turns and the optimized dimensions of magnetic system of HB stepping motors on high-speed operation performances is discussed in the paper. The maximum pull-out power can be used to evaluate the high-speed operation performances of stepping driving units.It is mainly determined by the derived parameter( K e/ L ),the driver's voltage and current.
